Lisa Erickson is an exceptional real estate agent. I have used her services three times so far. She has done an incredible job each time she has listed my rental. She is very professional and timely. She has always looked out for my best interests when looking at potential applicants for my rental property. She is detailed oriented and is a great communicator. She knew exactly how to market our property, and even beyond that her follow up and networking skills were absolutely crucial. She succeeded where another agent failed us. She maintained great communication, provided us regular updates and maybe most importantly, she never gave up hope or displayed anything but confidence to us. Selling a home is a stressful enough process in itself, and to have someone in your corner who will keep you motivated and focused is critical. Thank you Lisa for being so amazing!
