She knew exactly how to market our property, and even beyond that her follow up and networking skills were absolutely crucial. She succeeded where another agent failed us. She maintained great communication, provided us regular updates and maybe most importantly, she never gave up hope or displayed anything but confidence to us. Selling a home is a stressful enough process in itself, and to have someone in your corner who will keep you motivated and focused is critical. Thank you Lisa for being so amazing!

Lisa was extremely patient and honest with us throughout our home buying experience. We had very specific requests for our home so it took us about a year to find the right place but she guided us beautifully to the perfect home for us. Lisa is knowledgeable, kind and helpful. We don’t plan to move anytime soon but we would for sure use her services again and recommend her to anyone in need of a realtor.

Lisa is the best, she has the experience and knowledge needed to to make sure you get the home you want. She knows how to ask for what you need and always keeps your best interest in mind. Lisa Erickson was great. Helped us all the way through the process of buying our home. I think that having a realtor should be a great experience when you sell or buy a home, I went through two other realtors, Lisa came through with that great experience for me, she is an excellent realtor throughout my process of selling and buying, I highly recommend her , she works for you from start to finish.

I would love to share my experience from the past year, using Lisa Erickson as our realtor. When we initially met Lisa, the housing market for good deals was shallow. We had some must haves in a home that we felt were non-negotiables. She explained that it was her job to deliver the home we wanted. In the beginning, we were not 100% sure she could because of the overpriced market with limited inventory. She kept reassuring us that she would not quit! Every time we walked through a property Lisa went through with a fine-tooth comb to point out every defect we needed to pay attention to. She gave us lessons every step of the way. I feel like I could obtain a license to be a home inspector. I now look at home finishing's and appliance brands totally different. When we finally agreed a property, we couldn’t get the loan officer to help us get approved for the product we wanted. Lisa simply went out and found another loan officer. When that loan officer turned out to follow even more strict approval guidelines than the first, we were ready to take a break from looking for homes. Lisa simply went out and researched another loan officer and got us that approval we wanted. She was tenacious and never quit, just like she promised. She made sure the timeline for appraisal, inspection, walk through, and closing were all timely on our schedule. We could have gone to many other realtors to find a home, but not many would have been as persistent and true to their word as Lisa. Although small in stature, her heart is bigger than most. And she does what she promises. Love her spirit and I would recommend her to anyone whom doesn’t mind getting there hand held beyond closing. Lisa Erickson from Southern Classic Realtors.

This was my first time selling a house and Lisa guided me through the process and I must say I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. Not only is she very professional, she also a caring person and wanted the best for myself as the seller but for the buyer as well. Where do I even begin to review Ms. Lisa!? She helped me and my partner buy our first home. She was helpful from start to finish (she has checked in even after closing, which I love). I didn't know what I didn't know, but she knew all the right questions to ask. She was very informative without making us feel belittled. She warned us of things that others might take advantage of us for (as first time home buyers). She was always available to answer any of our questions. She gave us heads up when we should be looking for an email to arrive and sign, and helped us stay organized through all the paperwork of the home-buying process. She truly cared for our requirements in the home we wanted. She was always very professional and relatable which made the whole process comfortable. Because of this we never felt pressured with Ms. Lisa, which we have heard other people say they felt that way with their real estate agent. We have some friends who are also thinking about buying a house and guess whose number we are giving them? MS. LISA'S!

Let’s just say… She gets results. I absolutely loved working with Lisa. She goes above and beyond for her clients and she is very patient and knowledgeable. We closed on my home in less than three months. She will forever be my realtor.

God could not have allowed a better realtor to help me buy my first home if He wanted to. Lisa was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. I came in not knowing anything of the home buying process and she explained it to me as many times as I needed. When it came to the home search part she was on it. She always made sure I was in know, scheduled viewings in a timely manner, and always made sure I knew what I was getting myself into before moving forward with any property. I had a REALLY bad experience with a lender (loan depot) and I almost lost the house that I was under contract with. Lisa fought for me to get that house and found a new lender for me that was absolutely amazing and she made sure I got the house I wanted for my son and I. I am forever grateful for Lisa and I know that she'll work hard for all her clients and be a blessing like she was for me!

Honestly, I did not think I could buy a home and felt my only alternative was to find a home to rent. After meeting Lisa, everything changed. I am now living in my dream home that I chose but I'm currently leasing with the option to buy. Lisa told me about a program that was actually perfect for me and not two months later I'm living in my dream home. Lisa has great follow through and follows up constantly.
